The comparison of "two Seasons" of a show could just as easily be seen as two movies in a series.

The Two Towers picks up where Fellowship of the Ring leaves off, has all the same characters and same plot points, but it's still two distinct movies.

Even if we stick the TV series analogy, one Season gets it's own distinct DVD release from the previous season. lol

I guess it's moot. As long as the story eventually gets a proper finish i'll be happy.

I'll probably be a grandpa, but a happy grandpa.

Well, that would be dependent on whether Hopes splits each Season as separate game files.
Typically most devs do that with each Season or Episode having separate game folder (and some even have separate game thread's for each season/episode).

And I asked him about this before (Whether he will split into a new game folder and use import & export saves like other devs tend to do), and his answer back then was "he wasn't sure."

Granted, he will make a decision about that sooner or later, but it remains to be seen.

Most do this due to the unmanageable file sizes, I suppose. Those graphics and animations.... :love:
