I mean that is realy one of the strong points of this game, the storytelling.
Like ToN has the best animations, this one here is in the top of storytelling and game structure, so I don't get why icstor with always the same shit has so many patreons.

On F95 NTR is the accepted abbreviation for Netorare, as in you're a gigantic bitch and like being cucked.
The Netori fetish you're referring to, as in being the one doing the cucking ON the gigantic bitch, is not referred to as NTR here. This has caused quite a lot of confusion among people who, for whatever reason, like using the abbreviation interchangeably.

Obviously I could be wrong, but either the no sex scenes thing was sarcasm or perhaps the words are being misinterpreted. They might mean no porn as in no random sex added. They'll only add sex scenes when there is the proper build up to them, basically, the criticisms Gracie has of porn are also the author's/developers and, like Gracie, they're okay with sex being featured but are not for doing the way porn (and or other erotic games) tend to go about it... or they're trying to expand the field so to speak and feel while that stuff is okay, there's more than enough of that out there and always will be so they're trying to provide something different.
tl;dr - I think this game will eventually have sex scenes.
