Just download the compressed version, there you don't have to do anything else.

Are the pictures still the same high quality as the compressed? If not I would like to know if there is another way to get the high quality ones?

If you want high quality, download the game, run unren (the search tool is top right), then enjoy the renders!

I might be wrong but if I am to assume that you wanna see the pictures of the sex scenes, I thought it needs mentioning that there really isn't any in this game. You can maybe see some tits but that is about it IIRC.
If I'm wrong in this assumption, Sorry carry on and lemme know if you need any more help with unren.

But why?
I would understand if there are many many lewd scenes or heavy fucking pictures in the game. But at the moment the game lacks hard sex, "just" some really nice foundling and kissing. Anyway, scrolling through the pictures would be wierd ...
...if you get the the wrong pictures - in therms of violence and gore.
I can only recomment to play this jewel and get lost in it, only the pictures itself tell just 10%(?) of the story - if any.
If you want a quick fap; unpack other games, there are a bunch of it outside here. This one might not be for you.

Well now you've done it, every time someone asks for a release date Hope puts it back a month. Latest tentative date is Aug 2187 when it will be released first on the Elonnet, The Premier Internet on Teslatopia (formerly known as Mars). Can't wait.

If it was me I'd drop the update at 3am on a Monday morning with no warning so that everyone getting up to go to work/school hopefully sees it and has to suffer through the day waiting to play, but I can be mean like that. I'm sure HopesGaming isn't that cruel
