Every game and dev got some haters/toxic people. That is normal.
But mine are from a whole other planet. Breaking the rule with attacking people (accusing of fake reviews) and then proceed to act confused and complain about it getting removed (nani?!). Complains why females are being treated as normal human beings as he believes females are a sub species (incels). Write everything like it's a fact instead of an opnion.

1. Mostly Wilfred. Techincally Cordia has the final say. But she let's Wilfred handles everything. He got free reigns.
The rest of the big fives deals with it differently. Some of them it is mostly the don that handles it while other families have a whole group to do it.

2. There is no set cap. Some families are known to have tons of 'weaker' capos while some have fewer but 'stronger' capos (such as Deluca). But no rules for it. It is determined by each family and what works best for each family.

Fuck the haters dude. This is the best game I've ever played. And u are amazing story-teller. The plot and characters are so damn great that I'm actually feeling hollow since I finished a storyline. I have a question for u bro. Will there be a choice for the ending? I mean.. I really like Luna and don't feel like making out with Grace. Will there be possibility to finish the game only playing Luna route? Will there even be such a route or just only main story and u won't have a choice which girl u want to date? Can u tell us anything?

Hmmm I guess im stuck in the last story with Luna (after do the chapter 9 in main story). The req. says: do this story line (chapter 9) and noon/afternoon in the bedroom.. but I stayed in my room, in all rooms in these daytime but nothing occurred.. anyone tell me?

Btw, im playing android port, only have this quest from luna and the last in the main story for finish the current update.

Try to wait few days. Just press SKIP when u are in your bedroom. Worked for me. After 3-4 days Luna showed up and story progressed.

THIS. I mean I could understand if the original post (that was quoted by Muttdoggy) was something along the lines of: 'it's not for me cause'. But basically saying that the game sucks because the MC initially is a weakling makes no sense at all. There are plenty of stories (be it books, anime, etc.) where the MC is a weakling initially. So do they all suck just for that? He is a normal guy (with a sort of split personality when it comes to girls) that gets thrown into a dangerous world that he had nothing to do with. How is he supposed to be strong right away?

In addition, Hopes did say that MC will get stronger through training in the future (we've already seen him evolve quite a bit from beginning of the game). Also, I think the original poster is basically ignoring the fact that there are several badass male characters as well (Antonio, Wilfred, "Serpent" (Sniper), Gottardo, "Pops" Kaskar, the elder Capo (who owns the freezing storage in the recent Isabel update), and more.

It's part of what I love about this game. In addition to the strong core storyline, Hopes maintains a really good balance of characters overall.

Dude, I think this game has beaten me to the rawest scene yet in this kind of games... I think Luna's bg is fucking brilliant as well as disgusting, the worst thing of all, is that we know that things like that really happen, and I think being aware of it makes the dev's narrative gain much more strength.

I can only say that I hope Isabel and Gracie have strong stories behind them too, because it's obvious that for a current story, the mc would clearly go the way of Luna (perfectly understandable), but we shouldn't despise the rest of the characters, who still have their things even if they are not so emotional or shocking in principle.

Again, this is one of the best games out there right now, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy the updates and letting the dev know what a great job he's doing, brilliant.

I dunno probably not tbh because she is one of the major characters in the game to interact with. What will matter is if the game in future turns out to be a harem or a individual path ending. Well for now play with dual saves and enjoy all the outcomes.
