bro I'm going to ask you a question and I need you to answer it by any chance is HopesGaming from Germany
the reason I asked is because Germany was just hit by a bad flood and one of the most popular developers on the site was affected by it
so I want to see if anybody has heard from Hope recently and if he's alright

AFAIK he isn't from the Great Canton also know as Germany. I think he lifes in Demark, but I could be wrong.

it's really bad ever heard of Summer's Gone the developer was hit by the flood I think he's alright but I don't know how bad the damages are and if he lost his computer

Hopes is certainly from either Denmark or Sweden, I also think Denmark. So the flooding will not have affected him directly.
As for the other guy: there have been around 200 people left dead by the flood in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France, also a later flood. While this is an immense tragedy, the odds that some random guy from whom you just know he's from Germany was affected are very small.
However, many in the flooded regions will have lost everything of material value with houses and similar being completely destroyed. And since the warning system completely failed, there was no time to rescue anything.
So as I said, odds are that anybody you know will not have any more problems than broken down infrastructure prolonging their work commute or similar, but if anybody was affected, even if unhurt, the project could easily be done with.

1) Download UnRen (I'd recommend this version).
2) Copy the UnRen batch file to the DeLuca folder (where the exe is).
3) Run the UnRen batch file and choose option 3 to enable the console, then exit UnRen.
4) Start DeLuca, open a save and then hit Shift+O to open the console.
5) At the console enter:
povname = "Hope" and hit Enter to commit.6) At the console enter:
lastname = "Messana" and hit Enter to commit.7) Hit Esc to close the console.
Now the mc should be called Hope Messana in this playthrough.
