Oh but you've already completed the inn, I'm not sure how/why if you had the issue with madeleine in ganguro mode. But from what I can see in the background of your screenshot, you have maxxed out the girls at the inn: lips + tits, so you're good to go. It looks like the only one missing in the dollsville world arc is Tali, the alien that you will find in the tunnel of Dollsville Camp.

Seems like you might have missed the last step for the temple, maybe? Have you been to see the Lab / Tailor ?
