I understand where you are coming from. But actually, being forced to "do" something I despise is sometimes nice (in games). Be it withoug sex, like having to choose which girl dies (other VN), or with sex, like having to lick an old woman's crotch or licking cum from the ground or having sex with a very unkind character. Not that the act itself turns me on, but it adds so much more real-feel to the fact that you (the MC) is dominated or that the game is "real". If life/dominant people only force you to eat your favourite ice cream, it quickly feels kind of unrealistic, don't you think?

I assume the camera angle's gotta be an intentional POV, he wouldn't insert that shot otherwise.
What I'm confused by is the role eric? (blue shirt guy?) plays in this since ALbert has the key. Unless a) they're in cahoots or b) it's not a room key but a key for the oft mentioned shady storage area under the apartment.

Probably is someone watching, although maybe a more artistic shot through the open bedroom door. You don't always want to see closeups or flat shots. Good to have some framing and establish the environment first.
I see Albert as the only good guy in the game. Everyone always says bad things about him but its likely a red herring. I guess it depends on what you mean by "these games". If you mean adult games in general, I think we see it a lot. But if you mean higher quality or slow burn games, then I think you're right. And I think the reason is simple, most games (especially slow-burns) don't advance far enough to include any threesome combination. There's no reason why games like AWAM, A Perfect Marriage, or JOHN, can't include a MMF threesome, they just don't because the devs' can't advance the plot far enough to incorporate such content.
The East Block seems to have a better balance than most games in its tier. So I have no doubt that we'll see some exciting content.
out of the 90 or so AVN's ive played so far ive only seen such a Scene in maybe 2 AVN's but I dont play many that are more on the porn side of things.

I feel like I've seen it more than that, but without question it's far more common for a MFF threesome. Just a quick look on Render-State shows that there's many times more pose sets for MFF than there are for MMF threesomes.
I have an alternate take (I hope you're right and Im wrong). I think they're more rare than 1 on 1 sex setups because of people's inherent discomfort with amicable group sex scenarios.
Seems like 1-on-1 ntr with a girlfriend/wife cheating behind the back with another guy is much more common than a threesome sex setup. Even rarer are the full swap swinger sex scenes with MFMF, which I certainly hope we get at some point here in the East Bloc.

This I 100% agree with. 1-on-1 sex is by far the most common. I maintain that the leading cause of this is that most games are abandoned before their stories reach a point where threesomes occur. Functionally, it's also a lot easier in Daz to create a basic 1-on-1 sex scene than it is to create a threesome.
I really don't think there's a deep discomfort with group sex within the population that makes and plays AVGs. We're all pervs, and so are the devs. I think the problem is almost exclusively that most devs can't figure out how to include group sex in a coherent way. If you're making a straight-up porn game, it's trivial to include group sex. But if you're trying to create a story-focused game, I don't think many writers can figure out how to incorporate group sex. There's a reason most games are abandoned late into Act 2 just as the action is picking up.
