There some option to tweak the body proportion. They unlock as you progress the game.
It's in the customization of the character, along with gear, haircut... it's among the last option.

Is it possible to unlock the size there like in one of the last scenes where she was first raped by a machine and then had her breasts enlarged? I'm referring specifically to the large size.

not certain, it's been a while. I know there some limit, but I've already see them being pushed futher thn should have been possible (probaly like in the scene) through some file editing, but knowing how to without breking the game ain't my thing...

If I remember, the game is not available on android... It is, however, available on windows.
Chapter 7 made me feel awful, the betrayal of the sister and letting the goblins take her little sister's virginity like that disgust me, i know its a porn game but damn, kind of ruined it for me, i dont feel like continuing the game anymore. if the ending is a happy ending maybe i'll give it a shot.
I dont think there is any porn with a rape theme where there is a happy ending unless you like NTR

I've never seen a single string of the story dialogue, I just went directly to gallery, and still THIS is the best 3d h game i've ever seen besides modded custom order maid

Essentially yeah. It's a cultural thing, japanese creators of manga and games etc just love adding random shit to their titles and using uncommon English words, that just to say the same thing in the end. They find it stylish or something.
