Regarding "The Story of Holy Knight Rikka," dozens of bugs have been reported since the v1.3.7 update released in June, and some were discovered during the development of the append version. We are currently creating the v1.3.8 update that fixes this issue, and it is scheduled to be released around Christmas. If you are playing during the year-end and New Year holidays, please update.

It's working fine for me (hipScale: 11.0).
Do you perhaps have the body modification tab open? It will reset the parts to the in-game limit.
Also, have you reloaded the modified slot? bustScale seems to max out at around 2.75, by the way (just slightly above the in-game limit).

Also, consider using my costume manager? It's completely useless if you just want to replace the entire file, but if you ever want to combine multiple costume files or forcefully edit some parts, it will help a lot.
You still need to have the parts unlocked to use them, though.

Fr this game has yet to be uncrowned. It's a bit dark for what I usually like but god does it do everything else so well, I can't believe the story was as interesting as it was too. It's my all time favorite in terms of gameplay, story, animations, and as a dude with a hard belly fetish it scratches every itch there too, it's all perfect. DLC should be out by hopefully next year given Ci en updates make it sound like they're reaching the end. It showed quite a bit of new scenes and gameplay so I'm pretty excited

You can check if you go through the chapters you've completed and click on the heart. If it has a "[heart]:?????????" then you haven't unlocked it but will give you the option to unlock it and view it in the gallery
Golem one is probably the hardest to unlock normally, since the H attack you need to unlock it is one of the less used H-attack from the game. Boss hardly use it... It's way quicker to unlock it from the stage select after finishing the stage...
And Some Things Will NOT Find: Model Mods, Moding Tools, Editor, Utilities, Cheat Codes......
