The original version is made in Tyrano, the executable gets decompressed on a temporary folder (hence why it takes some time to load, for some people), those files are well visible and that is where you should be looking at if you plan to make a translation.

Well the dev team has a dedicated H-scene artist now, so not sure if he is going to go and back-fill some of the scenes from before. I remember way back when - when I got to the first scene (Barmaid - red path), I was kind of underwhelmed that it was just a series of black screens with 1 still image at the end.
