Was not an RPGM fan, so I ignored NLT's Games until late into TON. A pleasant change. Not the typical tile sets. Yes, some grinding and running here and there, but the payoff is worth that. Regularly scheduled updates with decent game progression is another plus. That being said, played the latest update and was, of course, blown away with the Carol Scene. But, the Andrea Scene? Holy Crap! She is Hot! Can't wait for more with her!

About pregnancy... Brian does not necessarily have to know about it since he mentions they separated at some point... might be the whole reason for it
So who Father Brian's wife and William's mom then? Must be some reason Brian keeps talking about ex-wife. Could she have been Madalyn, using an alias, decades earlier by any chance? Would be a turn up for books if true and make William 25% demon! All NLT Media MC are horny little devil after all. Since Madalyn is definitely never going to get sexy time with MC in game, ever, this guarantee no Oedipus-Jocasta relationship possible between her and William and so safe from that standpoint.So many thing in NLT Media games that look interesting turns out meaningless, like week old red herrings on ice, leading nowhere.
When attempt to unravel plot/story most times interpret content from personal standpoint as when, say, doing projective psychological Rorschach test imagining and seeing many thing that aren't really there at all. I still think Sister Judy, with feline appearance, may be an unknowing succubus like Madalyn.
It is probably not good to keep writing own story for game for is bound to be wrong, I say, and so stop here.

I'm pretty sure you want something else Is it normal that the "Seed of knowledge" recipe appears in this location (circled below), because it is not where I saw it in the online walkthrough. Also, it does not disappear after use:
