I think this move was deliberate... and it was a pretty good one ( combined with the audio ) to cover his own base ! Whoever decides to go at it he's gotta work for it this time... which guarantees that NLT is not involved in it !
I highly doubt it. In his recent interview NLT said that:
1) He dabbled in RPGM ever since early 2000.
2) He is not fan of pure VNs and likes some actual gameplay in his games.
3) He plans development cycle way ahead of time and has strict release schedule.
So, it is very much unlikely.

This reminds me of the time when Russian pirated movies and dubbed them into Russian using the same voice for every character female and male.I don't see that anyone would pick up that mantle... it's not worth it... even if it succeeds in the text there is still the audio... or will they redo that also ?!?

Hmm... an edit (how farfetched it may be) would probably just be cutting the offending word, sentance or just edit in a blank soundfile. Doing "Pirate" VA feels a bit over the top.This reminds me of the time when Russian pirated movies and dubbed them into Russian using the same voice for every character female and male.
The complexity of a possible patch (mod at this point) is starting to build up, best wishes to anyone taking on the challenge.

I don't know how I feel about gangbangs supposedly being riskier content than incest. There's such a weird contrast between what Patreon considers taboo compared to what the community considers taboo. I mean, the comics had some pretty depraved stuff in them that wouldn't fly on Patreon.
I always thought the T in NLT was referring to the incest, beastiality, rape and borderline pedo shit you can find in the comics. If this gets thrown out because of Patreon and the regular porn movie setups like gangbangs get thrown out because of the community, then what will we be left with in the end? Because TON already got a little repetitive and boring towards the end, honestly.
