I changed system Host file for connecting to our forum (this has been prohibited by my government). The consequence is that I can never download RAR files (everytime I downloaded，there came nonthing but a warning).
However zip / 7z files were not limited by term of use and could be downloaded.

Well sanity surely did not make a comeback there... if something is " bugged " then you already used an editor to get yourself into trouble Anyhow in some cases recovering a " quest item " won't solve shit
