Yes, I went there but without success.

I saw a gameplay of this part and she appears as soon as you enter in Wilkes Mansion.

Try download the update again or the full game.

Mac updates are available only on NLT Patreons, anyway if you want to update it from here like I did, you can download the pc version and rename the www folder inside in app.nw, and put in the Resources folder of your game.
Since you missed two updates download the full pc version not the update only, or you will miss files and the game will not work properly.

In the OP at the voice FAQ/Save files, they're up to 53111 and I just shared mine for 55124, just use the search bar and look for it.

IN your PC it is usually on an internal or external hard disk drive... Locations are in the OP dependent on your rigs OS
