I haven't played through the game in a while, so take these answers with a grain of salt.
I don't believe there's any anal sex in the game yet. Aside from a meeting with Nazarov and his buddies, but it's not a penis that goes in.
It's not implemented yet, but it heavily implies that yes you can betray Katia (How could you do such a thing?
)The loving girlfriend route I believe, but I'm not sure if it's implemented. On the Blacked route, she'll say something like "No dummy, I just give birth that's my job. You go work and bring me the money, ya dummy." Which like, rude, I'm tryna save ma da an all I dinnae want your money
Ill keep it short, this game is great its up there with the best TBH. The depth is crazy good and the potential is high, obviously I wish there was more customization and alot of other things but for where it is % its incredible.
No progress for a long time. Even on the Patreon page the last post is from May 11th. I hope this game isn't dead

Dev said update would come in late June in discord, it is not dead but development is slow.
