Well, it is their prerogative to distribute the latest version by means of a subscription service first and only later publicly post it on tfgames. Which is a sensible choice, to my mind. Be that as it may, they said on Discord that if their profile is not approved till September 1st, they'll be going to post the update on tfgames.
