Probably as part of Todd's ending at least since pregnancy/fertility seems to be a big part of his route. I see there are a few ass and tits levels not yet used so there's still room enough for this before a final ending.
It's definitely a focus of the dev. The fem progress even mentions it as the final "levels". I don't remember the exact levels, but a flavor text after you get the face change, it's something like "Now that you have a feminine face! Short of getting a vagina (fem 9) and getting pregnant (fem 10) you're as female as you'll ever get for now."
Obviously I'm paraphrasing a whole lot, but the game definitely is steering into that direction.
The "whole point" of the game I guess is the MC finding out they're trans and all the stuff that goes along with it.
Personally, I don't care for that whole part of the game, all the trans-acceptance type stuff, since it comes off really heavy handed. And a bit out of character with what's established at the start. One day he's fucking his girl and doing all sorts of dudebro things, then the next he's "so totally fem like omg". It's just a complete reversal of character. To the point that him as a "female" is rather just a caricature of what he thinks a girl acts like rather than how they actually do.
Which I guess is realistic considering you see that a lot irl with trans-type people. They just dive in fully into the other gender to the point where it almost seems like a parody of what a girl actually is vs what they actually are. Like they have to overcompensate so no one suspects they were a dude.
It's just a weird thing to me. But I'll get off my soapbox now.

If I'm not wrong, dev did say there will be SRS down the line, not just epilogue. I guess it'll be probably final stage of MC femininity and not directly related to any route.

Well, I hope not. Or make it optional. I been trying to keep my MC as dom, bi and andro as I could keep him. Pretty happy MC didn't have to get huge boobs and that there are scenes when they actually use their cock on someone. Hopefully the MC can use their cock on some more before this is done.
The game does offer you choices there in how your MC sees themselves. You got be a guy who dresses up to save his father, you could be a total femboy, you could be a trans person without changing your genitals, or you could desire to change it. Game seems to offer all these choices with options, so it is up to you.
It is also still a porn game and we have no idea how our main character truly lived through their earlier years. We see them in a moment of time in which they seem to be stable in how they are, but they always just needs some small pushes to go right ahead. But that also only if you want it to, you can do everything quick and happily or only do it because you require the money. You still want him to play as somebody who only does everything to save his father, you can. As least as far as I understand it. There is nearly always an option to at least say you are a boy.
Especially the overcompensation part. Well, that is what you get in a game that wants to get you off, right? The things our main character does are not realistic, but they don't have to be. It's porn after all.
That is actually what I found so brilliant about the game...it can be a game about trans realization, or not if you don't want to.
I would sure hope so. After all, how you see your character is up to you. Not giving you the choice would be weird.
There could be some "force" to how you end up, by the romance option you choose. As at least two characters are clearly very controlling or outright evil and might impose their will on you.
