Question - Can you romance both Nazarov and Todd in the same playthrough? Like I'd prefer to get the big, natural boob job for my aesthetic preferences but idk if Nazarov will like me as much. And I really like Todd's breeding/pregnancy kink but also Nazarov is Mads Mikkelsen... Tough T_T

kinda i mean you can romance both but there will be moments or scenes that it will be just one or the other and tring to balance it you may miss some of the content and when the inevitable "chosen moment" arrive where you will have to pick one or the other you will miss some of te content of the other, multiple playthroughs for each is my recomendation, and see the extras of other characters as just a tease if you want
