There's a Patreon account to monetize this game, which is made using someone else's IP. Not gonna touch this one. CombinAtion deserves more respect than that.

What's so wrong with it? If someone abandoned the IP and another one picks it up, it's fair game.
At worst? OP would just have to change the name. Leaf Shadow, there, problem solved.

Welp, just when I think I've seen all the oddities of the Internet at this point in my life suddenly I find myself watching a guy that looks like Magilla Gorilla in a human skin suit pile driving a woman in her 20's with the tits of a woman in her 70's while an Alvin & the Chipmunks version of Creedence Clearwater Revival plays in the background.

Dude look around, there are so many IP's from the media industry used for little games like this and monetized. I doubt that Akabur had a deal with Disney or Warner. Or Mity with the creators of the Last Airbender. And since Roshi is releasing the game freely with Patreon only as a free alternative for fans to tip him what's the big problem here?

Monetizing the IP of other porn game developers is beyond the pale for me. YMMD.

yeah i'd see to getting permission from Combin Ation, or just change the names and setting. it doesn't sit right with me just taking someone (especially someone not well-known)'s idea and characters and making your own game with them, and then trying to monetize it, which Combin Ation will probably see none of.
i'm all for taking inspiration from his games; i enjoy the settings and characters, and there's no reason to not make a game in the same spirit. it's just an issue of branding i think.

No, I don't get your point. The only reason why Roshi2000 were using Combin's IP was out of being fans of him. I think that can be easily seen by checking out the little mods they've done for the original game. As a fan of Green Shadow, I was really looking forward to see more adventures of her.
After yesterday when the creator of this game was completely destroyed by the critics here, I asked him to send me the Daz-File of his version of Rachel and noticed that he had removed all textures and replaced them only by plain colors. I wondered why someone would do that until I slowly realized that he's using a computer so bad that it wouldn't be able to handle more. Same goes why he's using the GL-Viewport render from Daz Studio and not Filament or even Iray. And again why he's using a completely outdated pirated version of RPG-Maker MZ (v1.1) and when I asked him about that, he told me that he would buy an original MZ version for him and his friend if he would receive enough money on Patreon.
And since they have no Patrons on Patreon and no money incoming, I wouldn't worry too much about those Moneyhogs stealing from other porn creators... and if we are on this topic... how much money do you think is R[NEST] sending Combin for taking over gameplay and ideas from him?

CombinAtion might be completely fine with it, I think he was fine with the original being modded by this team(see thread - https://f95zone.to/threads/masked-superheroine-the-green-shadow-rachel-combin-ation.1189/)
Just saying, you might be a little hasty. But might not.
I purchased the origional on DL Site years ago and consider is a classic. I can see by the game file size a LOT of effort has gone into this, but....
1. I hate to say it the renders are worse than the 2014 version in visual quality, though I appreciate the problem is hardware and the posing is good. I feel bad as a lot of renders have been created. You can take shortcuts such as not rendering the background (room/street etc) and using 'black' characters would be homage to CombinAtion but I guess you have tried all those. But if you have not, that would save some time.
2. The main character's breasts look odd to me. Image 'Saving the girl1.14.png' really shows the issue
3. Why bring in the scat...... The worst part of his games!
I'm prepared to render a few images to help you out, but the tits need to be changed in my view.

Frankly, if the game is a sequel placed fifty years after CombinAtion's game, Rachel's graphic will be legit. But only a few of us might want to play Grandma Shadow Rachel..
Switch up the artwork, maybe change the character design from a direct copy to say the Crimsom Ninja Raquel and I reckon you could pay homage to Combin Ation's game as well as bringing in some Patrons. Especially if you remove the scat, this really held Combin back as a very niche fetish.
If you have the time and motivation I'd just consider this a bump in the road.

Exactly. The other option is to make this a genuine parody of the Green Shadow game. I'd recommend that use of a "parallel" character like Dracis recommends. You could even make this a sequel where your character is investigating what happened to Rachel without ever mentioning the copyrighted "Green Shadow" part, but instead having your character be another Shadow from the Shadow Organization, or something (I don't remember the name of GSR's organization, but don't use that name).
Off to a great start... much better rape scenes than last game... and I love the fact you can turn off scat and urine... biggest turn off of the last game... I also hope it's mostly combat rape Rather than blackmail... the story with the nerd last game was horrible... and yeah biggest complaint is the saggy tits please fix the saggy tits... she should be ripped... nice and fit makes for a more dignified warriors heroine... and the more dignity for her to lose when she is defeated
Never liked the Scat, Urin, and decapitation/gore of the last game... love the direction this game is going with more combat rape, and hopefully game over enslavement. Might be harder to story Board but unmasking blackmail rape "on the path to Game over" would also be nice, I just hope the blackmailers are all real villians jacked criminals nd not some stupid nerd. I see there is a prison also, good opportunity for some lesbian rape (very underserved fetish)... one request is that instead of QSP engine maby make it RPGM... if it's RPGM it can be ported to Android better and the PC RPGM can be played on Android with Joi play app
The Graphics are a bit rough... but I love the facial expressions during the rape scenes.... this is what rape of a tough chick should look like.... her screaming nooooo... but not turning into a craven whore or sheepishly reluctantly doing what she's told... she goes down fighting... very nice change of pace
