More on topic, I had been thinking that something like this was going to happen. The last time we had a development update pushed off until right before the scheduled release was back in 0.11, which was also delayed. Anyway, I wonder if we are going to get a split update, like in 0.5, or two separate ones (a moderately sized 0.13 and a few months later, a moderately sized 0.14). Personally, I am pulling for two separate ones, as I figure that if Altos gives himself the extra time, the odds increase that Zoe's arrival and the group medicals make in into one of the updates - after all, they were slated for 0.13 back in the February development update. For all we know, we might be getting them as soon as this weekend!
Well, I am dyslexic, so I blame my spell-chekers.

Pretty sure that "roman history" comment hinted at you commenting on someone, who was referring to greek mythology, with a word derived from a roman social class (plebs = plebeians = citizens)
