I was only re-confirming that it does not work.

It was updated yesterday, if you used it (as is) before it wouldn't work properly but it should now.

Of course I tried to use the mod for the latest version and at one point I couldn't progress anymore...

Although the post is pretty old, I'm always updating it (whenever the game is updated and the mod stop working or break something).
To be sure when the mod was last updated, always check the Changelog and you will see when the post was updated and what changes were mades.
That's the reason I made the changelog in the first place.

Yes, you need to get the flags.

It's in the upper right part of the HUD, it triggers after a certain point. It's kinda pointless though, it's cheaper to get the succubus potion.
