Ok, I found how.

It's on the 227th common event. In the middle of the file are 2 switches. All you need to do is to change it. The value "2" written in the database is "Exhibitionist".

You have to meet your old commander, meet Paula again after your encounter with her in stage 1 and intercept Richard while he tries to flee, i'm surprised that you're having issues considering that they're goals assigned, the "last" plot relevant search happens after you finish your shift.

Talk to Chrisia at the palace to set up the trap, then when the culprit passes through there on inspection day...

I did till Vusi showed up and after that Christa - She doesn't talk about any traps and also where to find richard?

I think Chrisia should (probably first) give you hint's about Richard, but he's back at the first stage.

THANK YOU. I was replaying it and had to start over because I thought I sequence broke the game by not doing any Paula scenes in the modded version. I just forgot Vusi was a thing in Topas. That's what I get for skimming dialogue.

Great game, great pacing, great mechanics. When I played "Papers, Please' for the first time I hoped someone will make a good hentai of it.
I still replay it when the new updates come. Dev has great ideas for new additions and I cannot wait for more.

Tengsten just forgot to change the title screen, if you have forty save slots you have the 1.52 version.

Holy hell how did I not find this game sooner this is phenomenal. Just beat the main game, now trying the mod. Haven't spent the time going through the thread yet but oh man things id like to see in the future:

- interrogating: Imagine being able to arrest one person per shift and interrogating them after. How awesome would that be.
- more tools: perhaps we could buy more tools to allow for some more creative ways of coaxing people to disarm: cattle prod, riding crop etc.
- more resistance: it would be fun to have a little more resistance to disrobing, similar to disarming: but nothing that a little coaxing couldn't solve.

I don't think I've ever been so tempted to learn to mod before damn.

I kinda wanna see the test version appear. It's peculiar how there aren't more violation/random mob titles that are somewhat animated enough to make almost each encounter interesting.
