I have everything maxed out or close to maxed with everyone with the help of the pdf walkthrough. I sent her normally last update. When i pick "the cycle" her picture does not appear. If i play any other ending, she shows up in the recaps where we try and find the "others". I've deleted the folder and re installed fresh from ch30 and she's still missing.
You are missing 1 'Love' point with Kara - I ended up with Like 29 and Love 7, so I recommend checking the walkthrough again as you appear to have missed one critical decision/choice.

Does anyone know what decisions are needed to unlock Mira's ending? Like/Love points look like this:

Must be a bug or something. At first I misclicked and didn't choose her icon and got "no one" ending which ended with before "the cycle" option but the second time I made sure to hit her circle and got full Mira ending no problemo.
I got even one less love point than you and got her ending so the points are not the issue here unless maybe Allison's points matter.

For me the only important thing is that Apollyon got her ending. Great game and good luck with the next one.
The Dev had not given us a definitive list of remaining endings.
IMO - A Selene ending is coming as well as a few combo endings (like Mira/Apollyon) but I'd be guessing on the actual combo specifics.
Thankfully, with a monthly dev cycle - we only have to wait about 3 weeks to find out!

Dunno what to tell you, only don't have Natalie ending yet because didn't played the update and the remaining Natalie stories, my Kara scores have 8 on Love but the rest is the same, maybe you missed some step on the walkthrough?
Edit : Maybe redo last Kara stories if you have a save where you can enable it without much hassle to redo other stories, but skip control feature is your friend hehehe.

I find it kinda weird that you only get to pick one person to give a happy end to. Dealing with god powers like this, you should be able to make copies of yourself so all your girls have a nice you to enjoy.
Or with god like power, you could choose a threesome with Mira and Polly, hell! even a harem with all the girl, after all, you can choose what happen in the next cycle.
ugh... one more update... I need to hold out!!!

I don't know about you, but I use the Multi-Mod. I had the same end points, but no Mira ending option. So I sat down and held CTRL for an hour to skip through a fresh start and got the the very end again, whereupon I had the exact same Mira points but this time her ending was selectable. So yeah, probably some sort of bug carried over from an earlier version of the game and/or mod.
If you want, I took that save and ZIP'd it up for you or anybody else who wants it. Again, this is a save made using the Multi-Mod, so make sure you have that installed as well, lest there be incompatibility issues. The save is at the last frame when The Cycle asks how you want to end the transmigration. Also, not for nothing, but the save is on page 138, slot 6 (cause that how many saves it takes to get to the end of the game when you save at every decision point). If you want, you can try renaming the file and just let it overwrite any existing saves if you find that easier.

I played with the mod the entire time. This update, I only got Robin and Polly. How did this happen. I won't go back and play it over to pick up points. I like this game, and was EXTREMELY unsatisfied and unhappy.
