I thought you did a great job with the renders so that as a player I had to actually look and study them to figure out where the ball would go, and when I was right, it was a reward. The first round was very easy, but the second round was more of a challenge. Clicking QWERTY on my keyboard while the time ran down was annoying, though (not to mention that it excludes those with certain disabilities). If the ping-pong game only asked the player to choose left or right without the "click on this series of keys within 10 seconds" I think some people would actually enjoy it and I'm sure you'd get fewer negative responses.

So far, impressive game! I like that the choices make small differences in the scenes and dialogue but (so far) don't result in major branching. I do hope for different branches later! And while there are a few, let's say, peculiarities in some of your renders, I appreciate your attention to posing and facial expressions during dialogue. But most of all, the story is fascinating--more so for what it's leaving out than what has been revealed so far. Haha I don't get it at all yet, but that makes it enigmatic, and I like that.
