It just seems so random. And that is the problem. Contracts are meant to give stability between parties so business is possible, but Patreon keeps changing the policy. Which is illegal everywhere but the internet.

No, no, they're college students. Says so in the text. They all attend a college...that has book lockers in the halls, a high school-style class schedule and 100% high school social structure. Totally a college.
Of course, all these girls that are college coeds and not schoolkids (we swear!) have tits bigger than their heads. I can see where the Patreon guys are coming from. loli issues have been going on for the last couple of decades online, and it's only gotten worse since incest porn has really taken off in the last couple of years. They just don't want to take any chances, so they just paint everyone with the same brush because it is the cheapest way to go. They would have to hire more people to do a case-by-case study of each account they have.
