Hey people,

Here we are in mid-December, and I thought I’d get the latest release out in September ☹.

Sorry about this. As I told my Patrons recently, my day job has been taking up all my time and energy. It's very hard to write for The Keymaster as well, and the intricacies of the various plot lines escape me when I’m tired from work. I have to advise that the next release won’t be out before January, after work gets quiet for a while.

I'm keen to get it to you as soon as I can. Thanks for your patience until then.

It's important that there is progress at all, considering the huge percentage of projects abandoned by developers. I'm waiting. And I really hope that the next update will continue the relationship branch between the brother and sisters, especially with magic

I hope the developer does not make the INCEST Patch separate, like it is now!!! I tried downloading on MEGA & then playing it thru RAR but nothing happens! I know it's probably my stupidity, because I've never had any formal training with Computers or the technical jargon used by NON-CAVEMEN, such as myself!!!!

The developper can't include the patch, the game is on Patreon, they don't like incest.
When you uncompress the patch you've downloaded, you get a folder named "The Keymaster - incest patch for V 1.1". Inside it there's a file "variables.rpy". Now open your game folder "TheKeymaster-1.1", inside it there's a folder named "game", drop "variables.rpy" into "game" and overwrite the existing file (that "game" folder is where all mods go, in case you want to mod another game). Now you should be able to seduce your cute sister, but it'll take some time. Whenever there's a choice where she's involved, choose the kindest option (for instance "comfort her" and not "tell her to be strong").

Get me right - all the girls look really beautiful!

But there is something about Eleanor that I really like. Maybe because she was very sweet and innocent in the beginnig of the game and now she is exploring more and more the world abound her.

True, all the girls are very well done and Ellie is definitely better than Lucy imho, but give me the more mature ladies any day and every night, lol.

Hey people,

Happy New Year to you all. I hope you had a great couple of weeks.
I'm enjoying a moment of peace from my hectic day job, and this week I’ve made more progress on the story than I managed over the last two months. So good!

It is a single dev, it is NOT their full-time job. Their updates are always far apart.

They even just posted about their real job and not having much time to work on the game....

Hey people,

Super brief post, with some good news…

I have loaded everything into Ren’py and finished all the coding and debugging. What a drag!
I am now playing all of the main paths to check for continuity and story quality. So, still some fine tuning to be done (and a number of new images) but it’s getting close. Progressive release in February, to patrons then public. Yay!!!!

Hey people,

Update time. You know how I was upbeat in my post two weeks ago? Well, the game crashed a few hours after I made that post! Lots of time lost trying to fix it, then a rebuild using one of my backups. And now I’m almost there! No promises, but I could start to issue it next week. Patrons first, ‘cos they make this happen. Then a public release.

Keep your fingers crossed!
