Check the Leisure area during the daytime as Kendo alone. Might need a high level to trigger.
Check My Room as Satoshi at night, choose "It seems she has something to say" (2nd Option). Need to be level 25 to trigger.

I'm still not sure what you are defining NTR as. Like what are you expecting?
Netorare = MC has his girl stolen (Which is the direction this seems to be going)
Netori = Playing as the guy stealing the girl (Since you kind of play as the uncle this would also apply here)
Netorase = MC likes watching his girl fuck other guys (non of that so far in this game by the main couple, but maybe with the other couple? not sure yet)
Generally when you say NTR most would assume you mean netorare, which you could say hasn't shown up yet, since the MC still has no idea. But the girl is outright cheating on him, so I expect this route. Unless he ends up OK with his girl cheating, then ill lose interest personally.
But I do not understand what you mean by there is no NTR yet, as there clearly is.
it depends on if mary changes to satoshi for kendo, if in the end mary stays with satoshi it will be cheating but if instead she stays with kendo it will be netorare the thing is simple cheating and ntr are not the same
