I'm having an issue that as soon as i get into the game i automatically starting righting to the left side of the screen. it happens in this and a couple others but not all RPGM games. any suggestions?

, but i think any device can generate a bug.if you unplug the device, start the game and then re-plug the device the game should run ok and you can use the device.
Is there any inkling on when chapter 5 will be complete? I'm in no rush but I like to play the game a chapter at a time.
Chapters getting bigger and bigger each and every time, so you might as just play 5 up until it's completed.

And saw other says that there is "False NTR" where we see girls getting fucked, but its not considered NTR because they are not in a official replationship with the MC.

the main point for this section are having airship, preferably a lot, militarized them, givini mage guild and elleani maxed (not required for all the branch, but most)
Most probably sometime next year. Hard to say with more accuracy, what's with time between updates being unstable, but probably in Q2-Q3.
Airship militarization and Givini Mage Guild become important, so take that into account. Playing around with the calculator, it seems worth it to invest in Givini Mage Guild back at the beginning of chapter 4, but that's something left for a more hardcore optimization.
While this does happen it a pretty rare event, and usually with a woman which in my opinion does help. As far as I know, haven't yet played the newest content yet, but the only time Simon shares is back at the beginning in Stineford, and that's only if Simon lets Qum prostitute herself for extra Pron. Now, Yarra will engage in Succubus orgies, but has flat out said that Simon is the only cock for her.
There is a scene at the 1st Gathering where you have the option for Qum to play with a futa Succubus, but you don't have to do so to access content, and Yarra and Qum do a tit job on an ogre also at the 1st Gathering as part of a mission.
My apologies if I've forgotten any other content, but I don't think I have.

Yarra also has some scenes with Funani, who technically isn't a harem member but part of the "household", and not in all the scenes Simon will take part, only in one I think. Hilstara also has some succubi orgies, but pretty much every outsider scene is girl on girl.
Btw, whoring Qum out, ironically, has some long lasting and severe consequences throughout the game.
