Other than that, this seems to be missing the rape tag (MC rapes his aunt early on). Arguably the blackmail (the MC pressuring his aunt to blow him might be a grey area, Abril blackmailing the MC seems more clear cut) and graphic violence tags as well, but it's not really all that graphic (a man gets shot with no muzzle flash and no blood, but says he's bleeding even if the renders don't show it).

There's quite a lot of content for a game so early in development, but most of the game plays out as a kinetic novel with no choices at all, only two choices so far are whether to spy on the aunt in the bathroom (a later voyeurism scene is unavoidable) and where to cum during her blowjob; neither choice affects the story in any way.
