It's the only encounter in the public version (3.1) but I think there's more in 3.2. The memory shards are used by interacting with the crystals in the Hall of Memory. Press A and interact with the red swirl on the right to enter the Hall of Memory.

Reflection and Hints About the Scenes
One of the main challenges in the game at present is that some scenes can be difficult to locate. From the very beginning, my goal has been to encourage exploration within Edoriam and to give each player the freedom to progress at their own pace, discovering content organically. This philosophy has been greatly appreciated by many players, although it has also caused some frustration among those who prefer clearer guidance.
Aware of this, I am working on a solution that will make it possible to incorporate a much more intuitive guide system without requiring excessive development time. The aim is to help all players discover the scenes more easily, while still preserving the spirit of exploration that defines the game.
While this system is being implemented, I will include detailed instructions in each changelog explaining how to access the new scenes added in every version.
Scene Unlock Hints:
Ork Netorase Event (Your wife kneels obediently before Durrack)
Requirements: +250 Corruption and completion of the previous side quest.
Where to find it: Go to the guild and complete the side quests related to the brute orc.
Intimate Netorase Confession Event (Still overwhelmed by Durrack’s touch)
Requirements: +250 Corruption and completion of the previous side quest.
Where to find it: Go to the guild and complete the side quests related to the brute orc.
Public Double-Blowjob Event (Your wife kneels between two men)
Requirements: +250 Corruption, +2 Lust Charges, and be in a safe public area (for example, the Capital City Commercial District).

my best guess would be that when this game first came out it advertised itself as giving the option of making the MC a pathetic cuck, allowing him to share his wive in stile, or even build a harem of his own (even while sharing his wive...)

Do we need to cheat the corruption to do anything in the game? I have 30 corruption at the moment, and Fidelity at 89. The Gleam of the Outcasts quest doesn't progress, and it's been the only quest I've had available to me for a few updates now. If you stay in the inn above Reginald's tavern, there's a night event in the hallway for the husband. Watching that will send you both back to your home bed instead of the inn bed upon completion.
