are there any changes ? cause it doesnt say anything in changelog , i dled it , i loaded my last version's save that i have it completed till that part , the only thing on quest log is reach fame lvl 6 which is stuck at at 399/400 and it doesnt lvl up... unless i have missed something in previous patch ...

No changelog, no change... it seems beeing the case... maybe few bug fixes ? no more
Do you have a gallery unlocker? I used your save game file but cant see most of the content on gallery is locked still
