I think your review is pretty much spot on, but can't help but feel that 2 stars is a bit harsh. I would give it 3/4.
I was talking things over with a few people on Discord, and was considering the same thing. This really isn't a poorly made game, but it isn't a 4 in my book either. I'll adjust my rating.

I think the story concept is pretty good in a sea of 'chosen one' AVN's
For me, the ball was dropped as soon as Rob started doing what Eve told him to do, combined with some LI being optional and others not. Take Sylvia, the girl is drawn to Rob due to his kindness and innate power/curse, and Eve is whispering in both their ears how important they are to each other. But Sylvia's importance is utilitarian, she's there to save Rob's life. But this side of the coin gets little consideration. That Sylvia is important to Rob doesn't have to translate into lust or love, but it happens anyway, and it feels empty to me.

I found myself rapid clicking to skip through the sex scenes because they were just so dull, repetitive and soulless. It was like the LI encounters were just performative to tick them off some list.
This was my experience as well. I'm someone who wants to know what makes a character tick, why they're making their decisions. I couldn't get invested in any of these characters because I didn't understand what Rob saw in them, except for a place to sheath his dick.
If I ask myself why I think Rob slept with Madison, Kelly and Cassie, the only answer I can come up with is: "because they were willing."

I don't mean to be unkind to the dev who has worked hard to produce something that I would never have the skill or wit to create, and I did enjoy the journey that the story has taken me on so far.

Overall I enjoyed playing this AVN and would hope that both your and my feedback be taken constructively.
Absolutely! My criticism is my own subjective opinion and experience. I respect Loco for having a finished game, at the very least. It took several days for me to get through the game (little free time), and I wouldn't have invested this time if I saw nothing of value.

Can someone explain to me what happened to this game in the end? There will be a sequel in the future and I understand... but I was expecting a minimum closure to the story and it ended with everything open. The game is good but it brought me some disappointments, for example the pregnancy that Kelly lost. This left me immensely indignant. Madison and Gaby hiding the pregnancy is another irritating thing too. For a final chapter, the game ending this way was very strange. It doesn't feel like a season finale, it feels like a simple "I'm tired of making a game and I want a break."

You've answered your own question in your post. The fact that you don't like the answer is something different all together.

I'm just amazed that an episode about the surviving characters seeking closure to their loss isn't thrilling enough! Don't people find death and mayhem, vengence and killing, mourning and broken heartedness..., exciting? We may have, inadvertently, hit on something here! Too often people don't see the need to slow down and deal with yesterday before moving on to tomorrow. At least, that's my take on this final chapter. Sometimes it's important to just do what's necessary.
