i see finally that devs are trying to reverse to VN mode...hope this will fix the big mistake they did with this ,Once ,wonderful game..there is a way to continue with old saves from season 1 or we need to start from scratchm in season 2? thanks

Well their words say they want to reverse the poor decision to go sandbox, but end result is still sandbox. It's a shame really...to be a fly on the wall for the conversation had with the person/people responsible for talking the team into sandbox.

There is no i-patch...if you actually start the game, you can see you can set the relationships to whatever you want.

So is this still just a demo for Se2? For all of the Win/Linux links on the OP the file to be downloaded says it's a demo.

They will probably call it a demo till Steam release.

Would someone clear up the confusion I have with this game please?

I have version 1.0
Version 1.1 (which overwrites 1.0 but doesn't have a mod, I don't think?)
Version 2.5
2.0 demo (now 2 v0.1 demo which I assume overwrites the 2.0 demo)

I apologise for my stupidity, but I find this all very confusing.

Well, I gave this new "VN" mode a try. But for me a waste of time.
It's still the same free roam, but now with choice buttons...
