If I remember correctly,.. I played this scene (dinner 42) on v0.6.1. There was special dress that you had to buy at the mall. (If you were not wearing dress/outfit, Bailey sent you home.

All my previous games are lost; I will have to re-play from beginning.

Just had a quick play of 0.6.2. Didn't get far.

The centre window menus and images are still linked to the screen width, leaving them bloated, ugly and grainy on a PC monitor at 2560 x 1440. Resulting in images that are more than twice the screen height (image 1,2) and excessive scrolling. By contrast the interface is modestly sized on a tablet where you can rotate it to portrait mode (image 3) and the dialogue is much more readable although the magenta background is still a bit vibrant for my eyes.

It also appears that going to college is so exciting you can't even attend a day of lectures without involuntarily ejaculating the second you get home.

Because, as I mentioned. MC lost his ability to masturbate at Home while watching porn; computer tab, to 'relieve' sexual stress. So ALL the player can do is wait until MC 'maxes out' and explodes at Home.

This is missing for me, as well. I've tried as male (locked, unlocked, and not wearing a cage), female, and futa (locked, unlocked, and not wearing a cage).

It did trigger automatically once, after I opened debug, hit +1 on all the Bailey options, went to the clinic and set boobs to flat and sex to female. Went home, opened computer, browse web, and the scene plays automatically but includes jacking off a cock I didn't currently have. Also didn't advance this route at all.

EDIT: Here we go, after a few random rounds of experimentation I think I've found out how to trigger it. Sex set to male is definitely important, as is wearing the clear chastity cage (not pink) and having it locked, not just worn. Also possibly affecting this: the above detour into debug settings, boobs set to flat, ass set to flat. With all that, go to computer and browse web, which gives a different scene.

Also, as a bug report, you can lock yourself in a chastity cage while you're female and don't have a dick.

What Happened is The Dev removed the Masturbate tab from the Computer menu; BUT
He tied in the Porn videos w/ masturbating,.... SO when you watch the Porn You Masturbate Automatically.
SO,when your MC starts getting 60% aroused or more,... Watch PORN! LMAO!!
Keep in mind, Bailey will NOT Allow MC to work if he/she is 'overly aroused'.

I think I've seen most of what these updates had to offer, them being less straightforward than previous ones which just advanced the different girls' stories makes it a bit less certain.
