Yeah, I feel Madelyn, unless she has a path of her own works best as a good friend/family member to the MC. He can move on but still have a more tangible connection to his kid and her mother. Like I say though don't know It's really a good choice for him If she Is LI. I'll pick her for a route but that's because she's too cute imo!
Disagree man, MC could If there's a path to follow, fall for her. I did say I don't think It's the healthy choice but he could end up feeling something for since she could keep his wife/kid alive In a way that a future with her make sense.
I mean unless this turns into a kinetic VN, we are the ones who determine for whom the MC falls, right? I'm just saying that getting involved with what could be a genetic clone of his dead wife is just not on the cards for my playthrough.

To be clear man, I agree. Lisa fit's way more for MC, we may be in for a tragic story with her not being able to have a kid but they fit really well and have ways around that. I just mean I will personally happily do a Madelyn route If she's a LI. Lisa is in my opinion the best fit for the MC. She's pleasant, closest LI to him in age, shared interests, similar professional profiles... However she's also the spawn of Satan

There is nothing wrong with with the MC falling in love with his wife's sister. The issue, and I can only speak for myself here, is that she is creepily identical to his dead wife. It just kinda feels wrong to me. Ben's words are a stark reminder that lines can easily get blurred there.
Which in itself is a massive red flag I can't ignore. Ella chose not to tell her husband of the possibility Tracy exists. Tracy herself is years younger than her sister, only shares a father with her and is somehow creepily similar in looks. There is something fishy there and that makes me very suspicious of both Ella, Tracy and her intentions.
Agreed. However I must say it is my desired outcome. Well not exactly. The reason why in my playthrough all routes are closed and I've only picked the "bad ending" options is because, however dark it may seem to everyone else, I feel like the MC having a deadly accident and meeting his family in the afterlife would be what I consider the "happy ending".

Truthfully for me it's more because she has the same name as the daughter and looks like the dead wife. If it wasn't both I wouldn't have an issue with it. I see both being a constant reminder for the MC and would feel kind of weird to me. However since I don't self insert im starting to change my mind about this since the last update. Cause Madelyn interactions was great and im looking forward to more , actually the only thing I look forward to more is the MC telling Sarah about his daughter.
