I can say that for pregnancy, I have some plans to add it later, yes. Speaking of which, is there any point in doing pregnancy optional? Is it something that some people don't want to see at all?
Any content being non-optional will alienate some people. Personally I just want to see devs make the game they want to make and then I'll find out if I like where it goes, but that's just me.

I am stuck with the Monkquest. When I am about to join the monk it brings me to my room I can read the book (already done the Holy Seed) but I cannot get past the Book everytime I hit back it doesnt show me Continue to show me the Option to go to sleep I am stuck with the book and I cannot do anything.

As the old saying goes Cast a wide net. Best course is making it optional also everyone got certain kinks they don't like so making it optional is definitely better .
In this case, I could see myself go either way. Making it optional would be fun as it would allow for some different ways to advance the story, but would also require more work to implement. That's why it would be useful to know how much of a turnoff pregnancy is to some. Even if I make it optional, it could be a simple single choice for the player, or something more elaborate (requiring more work), so if I know of people's feelings about it, it could help me decide how to approach it.
Did you raise your corruption by cheating? Are you playing the new update, v0.3.1? In that case you should have seen a message warning about that?

I've finished 0.3 and didn't encounter any bugs. It was fun but I've got stuck and frustrated twice and the hints didn't help at all. Both times the missing trigger was a (random?) encounter in the 2nd chapel (with nuns) which moved the plot forward (I wasted many days trying everything and one day all of a sudden the event triggered). Very bad design if those encounters were random or very bad hints if those weren't random.
They weren't random and there are no hints for those events, but if you play with detective mode turned on, the nun chapel should only be visible when those events (or other events) are happening -- or if you need to visit it for an invisible counter to increase (might be needed a few times).

I can only speak for myself but pregnancy in porn is a big turn off. Please do not bring innocent children into my fuck fantasies. Absolutely make it optional if you have to include it. Make a poll and find out what your patrons feel about pregnancy.
I like this game but find myself stuck and not moving forward. I am on day 60 but cannot have enough tentation, corruption, authority or trust to make progress in the quest. Is it possible to complete all content without cheating or using detective mode?
Sure, it all comes down to execution and how it fits in with the rest of the game. Part of a role playing game is being able to make choices, and picking fetishes in a porn game is a natural part of that. Problem that usually comes up is whether that fetish is going to be an "in passing" thing or something more involved.
Just thinking of examples, there was someone in The Good Son thread saying that the male on male stuff should be optional. It's a sissy transformation game where the character goes male to full on trans. It's kind of integral to the story that you not skip every single male on sissy/trans scene. The dev loses players by keeping it but by making it all optional it would basically rewrite the entire game or the narrative would make so little sense for those players anyway that they wouldn't like the game.
Pregnancy is a tough one because pregnancy lasts. If it happens in passing e.g. someone gets knocked up and then it's never mentioned much after then it's fine but it can feel like a really underdeveloped thing and disappointing to people who wanted it. If it's actually a character who's involved in the story and stays pregnant then you risk having to write a whole lot into the game that's either superfluous or getting missed by a lot of players.
I think the flaw is when people start working things into the narrative game and then they feel unfinished. That's different to say having one scene where you can choose to have pissing content or not but there's no effect on the story or character development.
None of that makes it unworkable but hopefully that makes sense as to where I'm coming from. I'd rather writers worked in the things that fit the tone of the game, fit how they want the game to be, and run with it. But that's easy to say from my perspective since a lot of devs need the support of players as they make the game.

Pregnancy in this context can simply add a certain level of threat to actions. While some nun 'going wild' is easy to hide the consequences of one becoming pregnant are kind of far reaching (expulsion from convent comes to mind here).
As of fetish: While almost everything can be used for a fetish not everything is automatically a fetish. A shoe is still just a shoe for the majority while also a fetish of some. To be considered a fetish is has to play a significant role in terms of gameplay/story - nothing wrong with the occasional mentioning of a belly or someone drinking booze from a shoe of a adored woman

Well, I haven't played the latest update, but it always has been possible up until now. Where are you stuck? There should always be at least one quest you can advance with your current corruption/authority/trust stats, so it comes down to temptation, which is basically about managing your lust. If you're struggling with that, make a note of what your lust needs to be at the start of the event in order to pass the temptation requirement, and see how you can combine the various recurring events in order to reach that number. Keep in mind that you can break off certain recurring events before they reach completion. (For example, spying on Sister Jana.)
You should be able to complete everything regardless of using the code. If you cheat, however, you can get stuck.
Try visiting the chapel to take confessions from the nuns, as many seem to miss that. If you can't figure it out, give me the save and I'll take a look.

And yeah, you can either make that integral to the game or like I said put it in passing. During a sex scene you can have an option that says "Anal" and clicking it makes no difference to the game other than seeing the appropriate video. So yeah, it all comes down to the execution. You could have someone like the girl in the school that gets knocked up and then it's kept quiet and doesn't affect the story much, but that can lead to continuity issues if other girls aren't getting pregnant. I think you've made it clear in the sex scenes so far that the MC always pulls out, which means you could write it in easily enough.
Also, it's a porn game. A bit of fan service isn't a bad thing. I don't think it's bad when someone adds in a scene just to display a certain type of content. It's more when devs go to Patreon for a vote of "What should I add next?" and then games end up going in ever changing directions following the fan vote and not where the narrative should take the game. Taffy Tales is a good example of this. Sometimes fan feedback will be "We want more X the next update" and then they do a bit for one character, then the next feedback is "We're bored of her, we want more for Y", and it's like...none of this drives the story and now parts are half-finished maybe never to be finished.
I guess I'm just saying to avoid that trap. Introduce whatever as long as you're clear on what role it's going to play first.
But what do I know? I haven't written shit.
