There are other Lis but none, so far, is terribly popular. Things seem pretty evenly split between people who love Kajia and people who hate her but out of the others, none stands out as the favorite. Second place would probably be Finn - but I don't know why he'd be making new Finn renders. Even if he did one, just for fun - putting it on an update would send entirely the wrong message and probably piss people off all over again.

I'm still in mourning. Dev writes a good character only to kill them in an update. As a writers tool for getting the MC to possibly hate the templars or drive the MC to find out who's pulling the strings even harder, she served her purpose. But still... I liked her damn it!
