Really surprised by how great the game looks, especially the backgrounds, the hallway and the danger room look amazing; I was also not expecting a soundtrack this early, and it really helps with the feel of playing the game. The metal song that plays when you talk with X23 was a nice touch.

My only complaint is with Rogue. It think she needs some changes. I get that the game is going with the goth thing from Evolution(which I personally don't care too much for, I'm too used to how she looks in the comics, i wouldn't mind a option to change the skin tone), but as it stands I think she looks more dead or sick than goth. The game has a high contrast in the shading, and the purple(i guess, not sure) used on her shading makes her look dead. But I think the color of her lips is what makes me feel like this the most.

I would change the color of her lips to black, than she just reads as goth intead of sick. She also need less contrast and maybe a red tint or a slightly more satured base color so she still looks pale while looking more alive. If you want references just look for profissional fully rendered art of Domino And Harley Quinn. Alex Garner does a great job with Harley. Pale characters are just hard to shade in general.

I think it has been pointed out too that her tits look really low, and it looks especially weird on the Nine Inch Nails shirt.
Otherwise, I'm really impressed with the characters, the animations of them winking etc. The presentation is really good.
Also, Laura is the best looking character so far, and she has less contrast on her face, the skin looks perfect. it would be great if the others looked more like her.

it seems to be related to saving but it also lags like hell eventually by just playing normally

Only bug I encountered is that the game froze in this screen where the first dialogue option is suposed to happen. Had to quit the game 2 times to make it work.

Just downloaded the preview, so excited to see the progress you've made so far!

On a side note, i've played a few minutes and it might be just me but, i find the font "hard to read" it's like i loose track of which word i was reading, if i loose focus just for a moment, all the letters mix together into gibberish. Then again, It might be just me.

Yeah this seems to be a criticism that will only become more and more common. We're keeping the accents but going FULL in on the phonetics seems to not have been the greatest of ideas. I mean the head writer and I love it but we gotta ensure you guys can even read it.

The Vs replacing Ws is staying though. It's as key to a German accent as Japanese getting their Ls and Rs mixed up.

This was meant to be a scene of frustration. Remember THAT was the "warm up" so a little unfiltered venting is a tad realistic. Moments like this aren't going to be common... At least directed at friends. You can be an asshole to your enemies all you want.

lol, it isn't glitching it was just hard for me to read. But by playing some more i noticed that it was problematic only where there was a lot of text cramped in the same place/box/thingamajig.

How should we go about fixing it? Making the font bolder? A different font entirely? Breaking up the dialogue into more boxes?

The first two could possibly set as an "accessibility feature" but the second one would require some restructuring.

They look like they're hanging low to me too compared to where we can see her clavicle, and compared to the other girls. I wouldn't want them to look fake either, but as far as implants what usually gives them away are the obvious edges of them rather than size(within limits) or lack of sag. That is, unless the surgeon was just terrible. In a properly fitting bra you shouldn't be able to tell they're fake compared to natural perky ones.

I had the same issue with mine as well. Loading a save at the very start didn't fix it, i had to go back to the main menu and start a new game and then it worked just fine.
