Dev's patreon was nuked. There are some paid updates (it was on update 0.8 iirc) on itch.io, and that's pretty much it. It is most likely dead for good otherwise.

Only reason I said was because you mentioned earn your freedom which is a sissy MC.
Final Spell has a male MC, you can pick futa on male or male on futa, or both, I have only played both so not sure how much you would get.
Going Over has you play as a trans MC who fucks males, females, and trans.
Eruption Imminent has a Futa MC, she can fuck females, or fuck and get fucked by other trans girls.

The MC in shattered by Yedagames is more a trap. But the story is amazing and it is basically 4 VNs in one. It has 2 dedicated sub path."Earn Your Freedom" is dead. "The Obey" is dead.

Having a hard time has scenes with the MC as sub.
Surrendering to my crush is about transformation and has some good scenes. The story got a bit butchered but it is still worth giving a try.
Accord is still in early stages but said to have a sub route as well.

I think it depends by the % of players who enjoy this kind of kink. A developer works keeping in mind his possibile customer .
