thats what bothered me too. the options are missing beside at least two other scenes with different guys, there should be at least choices in this one big scene: like reject the black guy, go with the girl, go with the other man, go threesome or reject all (last one would be like no update for some ppl i guess)
i mean the quality of the scenary/the room/stages are impressive but i am personally not here for the most detailed and best looking background and more for multiple choice sex in good quality. still respect his taste and eye for detail but this is not what most of us waited for over half a year.
also you really cant compare JOHN and this game. points already explained.

Wasn't there a new second (or was it third?) writer who joined DC who asked our feedback , gave some statement of new direction in plot or something?

As I said: the game is abandoned. He gave the development to some teenager. After an adult movie of a romantic encounter, this kid couldn't think of anything except ANOTHER lesbian (how many of them are there!?) and two old, ugly bastards. And after this most boring nightmare - Frank and Gail just started playing with genitals! This is a plot that only a 14-year-old hikikomori guy could come up with, a complete moron in relationships with girls and in general in interaction with people! I was right - the game is abandoned. It has turned into nonsense for degenerate boys

Wow, I'm used to people blowing things out of proportion in game threads but this update wrecked the "game."
- The writing is incredibly long-winded, cringey, and says nothing. You could have hidden the text box for this entire update and missed maybe one sentence of information not already on the screen. (She's considering modeling. There. Now just skip all text.)
- The "story" is openly pure porn now, just a series of cliché scenes: playing house with sex dolls. Total strangers casually groping each other during introductions. "Sneaking" under a table of just five people to give a near-stranger a blowjob. Seducing and having repeated wild sex with a landlord you barely know besides a platonic dinner date once. I bailed before I figured out why said landlord was suddenly living in Downton Abbey but his bedroom was getting fancier with every screen.
- What happened to choices? If you were on the Loving Girlfriend route before: surprise. Get under that dinner table. If this actually goes on, I shudder to think what would happen in the actual office. Somebody hide Theo.
- And while the visuals and models have been maintained -- and let's be honest, that's why most people are here -- even you will be sick of them after a dozen angles of every single moment. (For a long time, I thought the entire update was just going to be her getting dressed before dinner. It went on and on. I was literally laughing out loud by the time she finally put on the dress. Somebody absolutely ADORES that Daz model.)

Neighbor (Ava) is meant to her (Gal's) sister, and her son is her nephew....
If you want the nephew stuff, you should look at "The Meeting". There is also a patch for it.

How dumb can this story be?! In my Story Gail has nothin to do with "Frank". Just 4 fun...i m playing the "loving GF" Route. How did she end up with Frank (forced)? The whole Story makes no sense at all. Maybe the Dev should split up the whole game in single stand alone episodes. I mean...why can Gail make a choice..when there is no Impact of it whatsoever???
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere either on this forum or Discord. I don't remember where. Coda and the new writer had a fight and the writer sent the script to coda with all these good plans and it was a good script I was able to see some of it. But for some reason, coda decided to rewrite a lot of it. and that's why the game is trash. there were supposed to be other scenes and choices. but obv that's not the case. therefore the writer had no say in the final cluster fuck that came out.
