No I met blondie at the fishing pond and Abi at the outhouse & bath but not at the pond

You will meet Abi at the outhouse twice. Keep having bath (triggers event: keep doing it), then you will find Abi at the pond in the morning (you must catch fish).

Sometimes, when you meet Mother in the dining room on 1st floor, you will see Blondie's icon too: she's in the kitchen. Meet her.

Reach max for logs, water and fish.

If you mean by the progress of time then I suggest using the +1 hour button. It is only displayed while inside the house.
