I have exactly the same...Downloaded the new version and continued with my last save game. But shortly after I'm seeing the "see you next time page" again. I also tried different previous load games, but always the same result. I've also tried re-installing the game, but also no effect.
Does anybody know what might be doing wrong?

The Dev typically updates one path at a time, so there will be no new content on two of the paths.

Which is actually normal, but since the people sharing it don't share the changelog with it people will get confused.
you can see the changelog on the twitter page.The problem with the changelog is that when the new version will be posting here the guy who post it posting not the changelog too so the mods don´t wrote them in the op

the seduction route got updated
if you don't know which you are on:
at the start it's pretty messy and hard to tell, but after the event where you leave the house you tell which of the 3 route, seduction, resistance, submission you are on:
in all three routes autumm get kidnapped but, in the seduction route maya (or her body?) stays at home
at the resistance route Jennifer isn't kidnapped but goes on a journey to rescue her daughter
in the submission all girls are kidnapped
there are branches in each of the 3 routes.
i may be wrong but I'm pretty sure that all the braches in a specific route gets updated whenever a route gets an update
