It's states in the game that the quest isn't completed in this version so you can't complete it.

The variables for many things are already in the game as well that are not used yet like all the character profiles but you can edit the variables using save edit online to unlock all character profiles and some already have some of their quests listed that'll be in the game for them.

That's part of the aforementioned patch. Actually the scene where they double on Kendra's cock MIGHT be in there anyway, then you just have to follow the MCs path, but I think it's LEpatch exclusive.

Uh, no. The update is supposed to be coming out in March and the release schedule will unfortunately be every three months (like this one -> 0.2 in December, so release in March).

I noticed a small irregularity in the game. I installed the incest mod and LE patch(0.1 without Lexi HJ). I chose the NTR path with Kendra, Mia and Siri. After that i decided to take the 100$.
At the new home, Siri's sister asks us for money. The option to give it her appeared.
Recently i played on a fresh install without the formentioned "patches". That same option did not appear again.

I'm pretty sure you only get the money when you do the full LEpatch path (having Mia submit to Kendra), so you can only get the option to give Sasha the money if you've done those things, I'd imagine.
