Alishia, I just have to say that this is probably my favorite NTR game of all time. I really enjoy the writing, in particular the relationship between Mia and the MC. Just from a scene involving nothing more than video chatting and masturbation between the two of them is incredibly hot and leaves me wanting more.
I also really like that the MC is the one who is the driving force behind any NTR actions. Mia only participates in the NTR if the MC actively encourages her through their video chats, and any time that the MC expresses doubt and says she's not comfortable, Mia drops the subject. That is the thing that really makes this game stand out above all the other ones. Mia and the MC are encouraging each other on in their exploration of a mutual sexual fetish, which is a lot more refreshing than the usual hackney NTR plot.

See https://f95zone.to/threads/the-red-room-v0-3a-alishia.19951/page-139#post-3840976 , but basically due to pandemic and border closings, the dev's PC which has the files for the update is stuck in another country, so they're having to redo most of it from scratch, which wasn't ready for this release.
So yeah, honestly I don't blame the dev for the size of the update then, given the circumstances.

You'd likely run into something game-breaking at some point, but if you want to try, you could
1. Open the file game\scripts.rpa in an editor (Notepad++ or whatever)
2. Go to line 5327
3. Delete these lines, save and close:

An Game developer that has some interest in what he/she is doing wants to bring out new stuff regurlary.
The development for this game started somewhere in the second quarter (or before) 2018 and the content that has released in it's 2 years of development is rather tiny.

Game is unplayable, lots of bugs, for example you can not wear swimsuit even after you bought one, your relationship level dont get higher than 10 and it is impossible to make a massage what ever you do. Developers can go fuck themselves. All i did is just spent my time in this shit game.

Incest isn't allowed on patreon. Could there be a way to enable incest that would then allow you, the player, to access more of the content?
