Almost the entire game is locked by an incest (and possibly other non-patreon friendly content to come) patch. locks off a few minor variations to lewd scenes and a significant story scene (details here, note that this changes with each release).

Without a patch, you'll be punted back to the main menu within the first few scenes.

It's fairly limited for now (quite fittingly).
One minor variant on day 1: Meeting Lexi in the bathroom, it unlocks a path with titplay, handjob and a (not optional) snowball.
Another more significant on day 2: Kendra sends Sasha a package c/o the MC containing the pictures from the police station and a soiled pair of Sasha's panties.
And an additional masturbation option, masturbating with the oil Nina gives the MC after the poster quest, leading to auto-fellatio.

I believe that's the lot for now. The day 2 content matters if you're playing the NTR route, as there's a chance to pick up several cuck points (or not).

You need to complete the poster quest first to get the oil, then the masturbation scene needs to trigger: There's a random chance every midnight that the MC will masturbate, so you could save at 23:00 and save-scum until it triggers.

I wasn't able to properly work in those 15 days. I'm sorry. And I'm not going to be able to properly work for at least 10 days too because of real life situation. So I'm again moving the date, this time to the late november. Please cancel your donation for the time being especially if you think that this is extremely unacceptable. I still remember when she did that and instead of giving a heartfelt apology she said that she did it because she needed money. It was like "Yep, I did wrong but I wanted money so I don't really care" really funny (cause I wasn't a patron) and disapointing xD

BTW guys don't expect to get more content just because she is delaying the update. Remember she is delaying it because she didn't work on it so she is giving herself more time. This is not a "sorry I'm trying to expand the content of the chapter" delay, this is a "sorry I didn't work because insert generic excuse so I need more time" delay...
