I have no idea if I've completed what there is, I've only massaged Lisa once (the stat screen says 1/5 is possible, but I'm not sure if that's really true). I went through what seems like each room pixel by pixel and haven't found any secret cards. Is there an event that unlocks that piece of the game?

Creator has commented that they are coming back to the project and updates will be more frequent, I forget how often. It's posted somewhere around page 70 or so.
I love the game and I'm so happy that its back but I have two main concerns to ask about that I'm sure other have already or are also wondering about.
1. Will the NTR content be optional, and if not how easily avoidable will it be?
2. Will Lexi be avoidable at all? From what I have seen, I am not alone in thinking that there is nothing attractive or desirable about her.

It looks like she has no stats in the stat block (unlike all other characters) so it looks like her contribution to the game will be minimal hopefully. Or at least purly "plot" scene related.

I don't think NTR in this will be optional, there is literally an NTR score stat. But unlike other NTR games I don't think it'll be that bad. I don't think players will/can immerse themselves in this game for the NTR to really have any impact. You play as a dickgirl, one of the other girls literally has a horse cock, your mom/grandmother are porn stars. I fully expect everyone to bang everyone else by the end of the game.

It's impossible. The "Doll up" option does not give you extra point with your mother. Only the regular 0,5. On top of that you can talk to your mom only twice a day...so that's 1 point only...See you next year KEKWI have the same question... I tried 3 times to complete that mission but failed each time. All the content is day 1. Through out the week you can grind the desire(Nina,Jess,Sasha) to 10 which is the cap. Lisa's desire to 5 only. That's the whole update...
On top of that this Alisha milks even more money by "Limited Edition"(which is nothing) content for 20$ patreon's only. Talk about a scam.
