After the first encounter where she tells you to take it down, go and talk to her in the kitchen. After that go talk to Grandma and then start talking to the maid as much as you can to unlock Massaging.
Once massages are unlocke, you can massage your Mom in the Library in the evening where she will be with Grandma. You need to repeat this scene a few more times so a couple more days before she lets you keep the poster in your room.
In this version of game are we able to convince mom and finish this quest or do we need to wait for coming update cuz eventhough i keep trying to seduce mom when she is at work by texting messages and get the highest seduction level i wasn't able to convince her to message in library. her answer is always same doesnt change.

You can't equip them. For some objects, if you have them in your inventory, you'll have the option to use them during certain events. For other objects, there is currently no use. It's possible that some of those objects are intended to be used in future events.

Yeah characters behaving all over board feels like a red in-your-face ntr-flag. And yet I read here in some posts that the scenes that fall under the hard (non-incest) ntr category are avoidable.
Why write the characters this extreme, dev?
EDIT: now that I think about it, porn games appealing to kinks can be extreme by nature of the genre. Ah well, if it pleases someone, that someone will be glad he found this game. To each their fetish

Assuming that the game continues to the point when the NTR actually starts, there won't be any way to completely avoid NTR. There will be a "full NTR" path and an "NTR lite" path.
The way it's been explained by the developer, NTR is a necessary component of the story, and it will happen, regardless of what the player chooses. But, if the player is on the NTR lite path, most of the NTR will happen offscreen, so the player won't have to see it. Even on the NTR lite path, however, some NTR will happen onscreen.
