You are right about his wording. It's not clear if it is optional or skippable.
It'll be completely optional. It won't happen if you don't want to.

If you are not gonna make pegging scenes, at least make more futa on male ones...
Right now i'm reworking the whole game. It's nearly done.
Futa on male, whether oral or anal, is intended for the players who want to see it. However, it'll be totally optional. Whether you want to see it or not is totally up to you.
I'm considering adding threesome scenes with side characters where the main character will be involved. I'm not sure if this counts as NTR or swinging, but the players will always be given a choice before encountering these scenes.

As we advance after the rework, if these tags are changed, you should update them.
It will help people understand what kind of content they should expect in the future.
