There are a few places where you can get that flag.
The first one probably is when having to choose between calling Lily or Todd.
If you choose Todd, she will go from "Ria is loyal" to "Ria is a cheating bitch" after the restroom sex scene (#13 in the gallery).
If you choose Lily, you need to go for "Tequilla" at the club.
