Don't know why the tag is there but you can change how the MC adresses the characters in the game for example: Nancy (the blond milf) is default named as a Babysitter, you can change that to Mom or Mother, the MC will call her by that.

I mean if you don't have balls and afraid that you gonna be banned because of incest game then why do this BS "Landlady and roomate instead of mom and sister" and not just make a game without it ?

Am i correct in understanding that the next update thats coming out on July 31/August 1 is the love route and the update after that on August 31/ September 1 is gonna be the corruption and ntr route or just 1 of those? Don't care much for the love route or the corruption (shared) path, ntr all the way

correct.
v0.10.0 => love
v0.10.5 => NTR

In general: Regular number is for love and irregular for NTR updates.
